Description of Garden:
This garden is inspired by the Renowned Mexican artist, Frida Kahlo and her home in Mexico City, called “The Blue house”. Colourful Geraniums, in weathered Terracotta pots, wrought iron window boxes and pot holders, decorate the walls and terraces whilst authentic Mexican style wrought iron chandeliers, artifacts, heavy wooden pillars together with wood furniture, vibrant upholstery & cushions, all, complete the look.
The lush tropical look was achieved by using, water-wise plants like palms, Strelitzia nicolai, Bougainvillea, Philodendrons, cat’s tail ferns, cycads and Cannas, to name but a few.
A courtyard with ample shaded terraces, overlooking the garden, where one can escape the grueling summer sun. A place to relax, take a siesta or have a lively get-together with friends and family.
1. Pelargonium / Bush Geranium
2. Argyranthemum Madeira pink
3. Alchemilla mollis
4. Agave spp.
